Stormwind leak engine
CONFIRM: product name
Every leak in your operation, ranked by what it costs you. CONFIRM: product tagline
An engine in development that turns the operational event-log data a company already has into a ranked, money-sized list of operational leaks, each traceable to the source data and to stated cost assumptions.

01 — What it is
A ranked list of leaks, not another dashboard
Most organisations already record how work moves: exports of handoffs, queues, waits, rework and exceptions, often as CSV or Excel files. The engine is designed to take that operational event-log data as it is and turn it into a short, ranked list of where time, money and capacity are being lost.
Each leak will be sized in money and traceable to the source rows behind it and to the cost assumptions behind its value, so the result can be checked, challenged and defended.
02 — How it works
From exports to a first move.
A high-level view of the four stages the engine is being built around, and what each is designed to do.
Ingest
Designed to take the CSV, Excel and mixed operational exports a company already has, and to set aside rows it cannot use with a stated reason, rather than requiring perfect data up front.
Rebuild
Will link cases, events, owners and timestamps to rebuild the actual path the work took, including its handoffs, queues and loops.
Size
Will detect waits, rework and exceptions, and size each leak in money using a rate card the client approves, with every cost assumption stated.
Rank
Will rank the leaks by what they cost, show the evidence behind each one and recommend the first move.
03 — Design principles
Numbers you can trace
The engine is designed so that people, not software, own the decision. Its job is to put the evidence and the economics in front of them.
- Traceable: every figure is designed to lead back to source rows and a stated rate.
- Explicit assumptions: the client approves the rate card, and estimates will be labelled as estimates.
- Decision first: findings will be ranked by what they cost, with the method available but out of the way.
- Works with what exists: designed so that no new data platform is needed to begin.
