01 — Practice areas

Three areas, one standard of evidence.

We focus on a few areas where senior experience in the region matters most. Each engagement starts from the data and ends with a decision someone can own.

01 —

Government & economic development

Strategy and delivery support for ministries, public agencies and economic-development bodies: from setting priorities to the operating model and governance that carry them through.

  • Which sectors and programmes to back, and in what order
  • How to organise delivery so that results can be tracked
  • How to brief leadership and partners on progress
Discuss a programme →
02 —

Financial sustainability

Plans that put public entities, state-owned enterprises and companies under pressure back on a sustainable footing, without breaking the service they exist to provide.

  • How large the funding gap is, and how fast it grows
  • Which levers close it: revenue, spend, assets, financing
  • What a credible multi-year path looks like
Discuss a sustainability question →
03 —

Cost & leak diagnostics

A fast, evidence-based review of where money leaves the organisation, in procurement, payroll, subsidies, collections and contracts. Each finding sized, sourced and given an owner.

  • What is being paid for but not received
  • Which leaks are worth fixing first
  • How to stop them recurring
Discuss a diagnostic →

Data and AI tools, used where they help. Analytics and AI let a small senior team process large datasets quickly. Judgement and accountability stay with people.

Stormwind leak engine

CONFIRM: product name

Every leak in your operation, ranked by what it costs you. CONFIRM: product tagline

We are building an engine that turns the operational event-log data a company already has, such as CSV or Excel exports of handoffs, queues, waits, rework and exceptions, into a ranked list of operational leaks, each sized in money. Every leak is designed to be traceable to the source data and to stated cost assumptions, so the numbers can be challenged and defended. We are looking for a small number of organisations for early-access pilots.

03 — How we work

Diagnose, decide, deliver.

CONFIRM: step name

A short, senior-led sequence. You work with the partner from the first meeting to the last, not with a slide deck handed down a team.

01

Diagnose

Start from the data. Establish the baseline, size the gap and locate where value is lost. Every finding carries its source.

Output: fact base and sized findings

02

Decide

CONFIRM: step name

Turn findings into a short list of options with costs, trade-offs and owners, framed for the minister, board or CEO who has to sign.

Output: decision paper and roadmap

03

Deliver

Stay through implementation where it is useful: set targets, track them and adjust. Senior involvement throughout.

Output: targets, tracking, course corrections
